Privacy policy

Body Jacked Personal Training LLC (“Body Jacked”, “we”, “us”) runs the Body Jacked Online coaching platform. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Account details — your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Assessment and profile details — age, sex, height, weight, goal weight, experience level, goals, activity, training days, equipment, injuries or limitations, dietary restrictions and nutrition habits. Some of this is health-related information you choose to share so that we can coach you.
• Training and accountability data — workouts, sets, reps, weights, check-ins, steps, water, cardio, sleep, weekly check-in answers, body measurements and personal records.
• Photos and video — progress photos and form-review videos you upload.
• Messages — what you send to your coach inside the platform.

Information collected automatically

• A session cookie so you stay signed in, plus basic device/browser information for security.
• Product events (for example: signed up, completed a workout, submitted a form review) used to understand engagement and improve the platform.

Payments

Memberships are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers — we store only a Stripe customer reference, your subscription status, tier and renewal date. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To build your program, calculate your nutrition targets and personalize your daily plan.
• To let your coach review your progress, answer your check-ins and give you form feedback.
• To send the notifications you've opted into — workout reminders, check-in reminders, coach replies and account or billing notices.
• To run and secure the platform, prevent abuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your progress photos or videos in marketing unless you give us separate, written permission.

Who can see what

• Your coach and Body Jacked administrators can see your profile, training data, check-ins, photos and form-review videos — that's the coaching.
• Other members never see your data. Community features only show what you choose to post.
• Service providers process data on our behalf: hosting and database, file storage, email delivery and Stripe for payments. They are bound to use it only to provide those services.
• We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

Photos, video and storage

Progress photos and form-review videos are stored in private storage and served through short-lived, signed links — they are not publicly browsable. You can delete a photo or video from your account at any time.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active so your history and progress stay intact. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. Email [email protected] to request an export or deletion.

Your choices

• Update your profile and notification preferences any time in Settings.
• Turn off email notifications without losing in-app notifications.
• Request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.

Security

Passwords are hashed, integration secrets are encrypted at rest, sessions are httpOnly cookies, and private files require signed URLs. No system is perfect — if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we'll tell you.

Age

Body Jacked Online is for adults 18 and over. Members under 18 need a parent or guardian to set up and supervise the account.

Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.
